Warranty covers only total roof replacement of membrane, warranty does not cover splicing, repairs, or partial replacement of roofing.

Warrant covers usage on an RV only.

Warranty does not cover labor, shipping costs, damage or loss to any other component or part of the RV.

Warranty covers membrane only. Warranty does not cover adhesive, putty tapes, or caulking.

Warranty does not cover damage from impacts, storm damage, trees, animals, foot traffic, ponding of water on the roof, or any debris/objects that sat on top of the roof.

Class A Customs adhesive is for bonding Class A Customs membranes to OSB, and plywood only. Warranty coverage is void if membrane is applied to any other surface.

Self-leveling caulk is a wearable component that must be inspected and refreshed/replaced as it ages and is not a warranty covered item.

Inspect of caulk and sealants every 90 days. Reseal calking at least twice per year. All sealants are exposed to weather elements like UV rays, rain, snow, cold, heat, air pollution, frost, and other exposures that cause dry-out, shrinkage, and possible cracking. That’s why self-leveling sealant must be examined every 90 days. Check for looseness, cracking, and separation from any surface. Any defects such as these must be repaired to avoid water damage.

Roof must be cleaned at least twice per year, Spring and Fall is preferred. Document of the cleaning, inspection, and resealing of the roof must be provided by a certified, licensed RV repair facility for warranty to be valid.

Class A Customs, LLC is not responsible for damage, loss or injury that may occur from the installation of this product.

Warranty claims must be filed by emailing warranty@classacustoms.com, include Warranty Registration Information.
